Bearden was missing 2 post from this years team that's a fact and yes it was poor showing but Walsh gets those shots off with a inside game - just saying - science hill played well

West beat Bearden this summer by 15 or so points. From what I saw yesterday, West did not show up to play. Bearden has a really good team. West played sloppy and had tons of turnovers. Bearden capitalized on that as they should. I did see West beat Farragut yesterday. There's some stacked teams for sure and it really does boil down to who shows up to play and is on top of their game at any given time. I predict that Bearden can give SH a good game should they meet up during state. The season is early and a lot can happen between now and the state tourney.

Agree! Bearden was lucky to get to state, then got beat by something like 25 points or so . Heritage, Maryville, Farragut and West should know by now, you cover Walsh and Bearden will crumble. She does not shoot, or handle the ball well, with pressure. Teams , should pressure her and the 4 ft point guard Bearden has and Bearden can be beat, they are not that good. Heritage, Maryville, Farragut and West are all just as good!

All are playing teams below them in classification....Oneida is 1A....

Maybe thats why each have great expectations every year....

and seem to implode at tournament time?

 

Haven't seen the rest of their early schedules...hopefully

they have tougher games.....

Would really love for them to take down their Knox counterparts
