Not beating our chest about it..just getting tired of aville talking stuff just because they've won for a couple of years. Like I said..time to reel off 30 straight victories again.

Congrats to Hardin county ! You nearly lost to a 2a school again ! You did win , but if y'all would get as excited about district games maybe y'all could make the playoffs ! But hey y'all can come watch us play in November we'll take your money! You won your Super Bowl tonight , so enjoy ! We beat us tonight an you know it ! But it was a exciting game ! Glad no one got hurt for either team ! See y'all at the ville next year ! Or when you come to watch us in the playoffs !

This game is a pitfall for Hardin County... If they win they are suppose to, if not it's the end of the world..... Aville looked better than HCHS kids.... And also HC is the smallest 5a school in the region.... Brighton has 1000 more kids than we do plus an 4star sec nose tackle that will prolly be going to tennessee.... We get to the region in baseball or basketball Arlington has close to 1800 more.... Rough road to the playoffs for us.... We could be playing down but have about 200 too many... And how could you not get up for the Aville game? Rival, Good team, lost two years straight? Come on man

Adamsville and Hardin County have only played 13 times in almost 40 years, and Hardin only leads 9-4. I doubt they've even played 30 times altogether in their whole history. And its only been a rivalry in the last couple of years and for a brief period in the late 80s, early 90s.  Adamsville used to schedule HC when they did because they needed the money such a huge school would bring in to a little 1A/2A school. Its amazing they have won 4 out of 13 essentially money games.

It was a great game! The kids left it all on the field!! Like the poster said earlier #'s do matter and you proved it with your post!! Sometimes you just have the better team and sometimes you don't! We have always had to play the role of the stepchild to McNairy until Gray took over and got the program to where it is! Now kids want to play for Coach Gray and it has made all the difference!! The Hardin Co. game is a great rivalry game that some take to serious, but it is a great gate game for us and helps the program greatly! Last night was a playoff type atmosphere that can only help prepare us for the playoffs! Playing up against bigger and better competition is what has made a difference in how we handle schools our size!! I would love for this whole area to dominate football but it just doesn't work that way!! Kids have become such tech junkies today that some of the best athletes never play a sport!! Well, that's my two cents and that's about all it's worth! Good luck the rest of the way Hardin Co!!!!!!!! Go Cards!!!

Adamsville is a 3a/4a team in a 2a teams body. They have kids from across Mcnairy county as well as other counties that come to just play football. Just curious how many of the starters at Aville should be at Central or somewhere else? Or how many of the actual starters for mc would start at Aville? Only a hand full I'm sure. Not a knock on Aville just being realistic. If HC could drop a few students they would play 4a and be able to go deeper in the playoffs.
