Yeah it is hard to beat a team popping them from 5 feet behind the line.

Cannon Co 58-47 over Sequatchie in Rhea tournament. Second chance points were heavily in Cannon's favor, also way too many fast break points off misses. Cannon led by 20 in third, Sequatchie got it to 9 with about 2-3 minutes left but no closer. Sissom led CC with 20.

Sounds eerily similar to DC's game against them. They jumped out to a 19 point lead and we chipped it down to a 7 point game but they just kept climbing back to double digits and we couldn't get over the hump. Once the 4th quarter rolled around they threw some fresh faces in and knocked down some threes and next thing you know its a 30 point game.

 

One thing I notice about them is they smother you on defense. Everytime a player catches the ball they are just swarmed.

It is tough, you use a lot of energy coming back from that much of a deficit. They did not have much left and it showed in the last couple of minutes.

Cannon won the Rhea tournament beating Rhea. They led by two or three at the half and won by about 20.
