Franklin's not back

Franklin beat mcgavock 28-7 whereas Overton won 30-3. There's another one for you. Still think Franklin is far more superior.

Franklin isn't far superior to anyone this year.  They are a decent team that play well together but they are a bit undersized with little athleticism or speed.  Once in the playoffs they may outcoach the metro schools but they will struggle if they make it far enough to face anyone with a little speed and a decent coaching staff.

Franklin may be able to out coach most metro schools but not Overton or mcgavock in my opinion. Overton has long time coach terry Anderson. They have already beaten centennial and ravenwood. Mcgavock has former Brentwood assistant jay gore who has knowledge of the Williamson county schools.

Jay and Terry are both very good coaches and will have their teams ready for the playoffs.

I didn't forget. Look at my other post. Just don't think either school would be out coached. They may be out played but that is different.

Hogan is doing the PC thing about the coaches but I can't remember the last time FHS lost to a metro school.  Even in the last few "down years" they have been able to outclass the metro teams.  Fact:  Metro has better talent and Wilco has better coaches.

I would say both Williamson county and metro have some good athletes and some good coaches. Time will tell if Franklin is back. I think they will make some noise in quad three. But every team in quad three is very evenly matched.

I'll second that. Hogan does know and he is right. Don't know many people with more class than Hogan and haven't ever heard anyone mutter a bad word about him so I'll say what he won't.. You are 100% wrong. Franklin has a GREAT staff, Critchlow is a very solid QB and Flemister can really make some plays with three very good runningbacks. Grow up and go troll somewhere else.

Who are u referring to as trolling? Franklin has played an average schedule at best, beating 5-5 to 6-4 5A teams. They are a lot better then last year but just depends on their quad matchups, as in it does with most teams. They could go to the 3rd round or lose in the opener

This is an odd post and I'm not sure why you feel the need to come to Hogan's defense since no one attacked him. 

 

However, since I am in a pot stirring mood lately, you have either forgotten or not paid attention too well in the goings on at Franklin. There were some mutterings and backstabbing issues with a previous coach that got a lot of negatives put out there about your hero. Seems like there was a player issue too. None of it means a hill of beans to most of us, just don't set anyone on a pedestal when you are uninformed. 

 

Franklin is improved, but not "back." A fairly easy schedule has them looking better in a district that appears to be down overall. They should go a couple of rounds, but I don't see much more than that for them.

What does Hogan know?  I'll tell you:  He's knows how to defend himself if needed but I haven't read anything on here that needs defending.  He knows Franklin has average athletes with a few exceptions here and there.  He knows that Metro coaches can't compare to Wilco coaches and Wilco athletes can't compare with Metro athletes.  He also knows that the Boro has the coaches and the athletes to beat Metro and Wilco teams consistently.
