Tenntwin
Should be a good weekend of basketball in Springfield. Who's the favorites? I don't know much about 1A or 4A. I see Pickett County in 2A; Smith County is defending James C Haile Champ in 3A; I suppose hometown Springfield in 4A? Looking forward to watching all these teams play. Antwan
John Sanders has done a great job at Smith County Middle. He will be a strong candidate for SC High job.
Tenntwin
John Sanders has done a great job at Smith County Middle. He will be a strong candidate for SC High job. He is a really good coach, Smith County came up short tonight against Trenton out of Gibson County, down 20 at half - came back and made a game of it for awhile. Trenton pulled away in the 4th by double digits. The coach will do well in the high school ranks. The South Cumberland Rebels play Trenton in the Championship game tomorrow - it will take South Cumberland's best effort to win.
TNBasketballFan14
Anyone know anything about Nolichucky? Heard they have a good team. Going to try to watch them here in a bit along with some of the boy games.

Tenntwin
Very proud of the South Cumberland Rebels in 3A; they came up 2 points short against Trenton out of Wast Tennessee. I think Trenton and everyone in the gym thought that Trenton would destroy South Cumberland. Coach Herring and the Rebels put on a defensive clinic against a bigger and more athletic team, and put themselves in position to win it. Trenton is very good team, but they were blessed to leave the floor with a win. Congrats to both teams.
