Even though Cascade is playing extremely well, I don't see Cascade having the athletes to stop Bell. They may send 2-3 girls at her, but in the end I think she gets her 25 and CW wins by double digits. If Cascade could get Bell in foul trouble, they have a shot to pull an upset.

The CPA / GC came is an interesting one. Two contrasting styles, but very evenly matched teams. Expect this one to be tight into the 4Q like the previous 2 games. I would not be surprised to see the outcome decided by free throw shooting in the last 2 minutes. Two other keys in my mind. Fouls on each teams' post players - #33 for GC and #23 for CPA. Both like to block shots which leads to cheap fouls. If either player gets in early foul trouble it will impact the outcome. The second is offensive rebounds. GC attacks their offensive glass. CPA is not a strong rebounding team.

    • Think he would be better suited to save our baseball program. We struggle to win 5 games a year but noone wants to talk about that. Could even coach from the fence across the creek should he continue in his extra curricular activities.

    • Mancoverage sez: This thread has been an absolute delight! Absolutely marvelous! Such eloquent and rosy prose, contained here in, is so seldom found amongst the more jocular subset of our species. The brilliant author behind such poetic use of an obviously deep and broad vernacular, reminds me of the other-worldly talents of Oscar Wilde. I humbly thank you, kind sir, for so generously sharing your elegantly loquacious gifts. The Goat sez: You better watch your back, Lord Byron, I’m sure poetry isn’t the only talent and passion that the author shares with Oscar Wilde.
