Horrible call but classy kids from Cleveland the fact that they waited for the other team to stop celebrating with other student to shake their hands after the game, knowing that they had heavy hearts and got robbed. You may have losses that game but you gained a random fan. Classy program well done Coach.

Take a look again. The Stone starters are the first ones in line. This thread needs to get off penalizing Stone kids and hammer the officials on both sides.

No they weren't they were jumping around with fans/student who ran on to the floor right after the buzzer sounded. If you can't see that then I'm sure you also see a justified foul call.

While calls can be missed and often it seems that too many are missed considering it is this late in the season and only the best crews should be officiating... Keep in mind that that is not the only call made in a game.  I've seen a few games this year and I can tell you that that game was officiated poorly.  But it was really bad AGAINST Stone most of the game.  In fact, if the game is officiated evenly... that call would not have mattered because the game would have already been over.  That is my honest opinion.  Regardless of the merits of that call which might should not have been called and a travel would not have been called either since the ball was loose... That call was one of the few questionable calls against CHS and most questionable calls seemed to favor them the whole game.

BigShow- you are correct. There were several terrible, "phantom" calls against Stone throughout the night. The call against Cleveland seems to be the worst because of the timing, but in reality the refs seemed to be handing it the other way for the majority of the game. One call does not win or lose a game. If a team is taking care of business, they won't be in a position to have the game decided for them by officials.

    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
    • You really mean the Price twin boys and Lyin Larry.
