Bulay and Z will both be back on D, I understand. #3 is an unfortunate loss on both sides of the ball. Just got to plug in another young guy and go with it.

Absolutely the best defensive effort of the year tonight by the Jackets. Just in time because the last 4 games will be tough to put it lightly. Good game to East. Know a few kids on that squad. They played their hearts out on Homecoming. A good, clean, hard fought football game on both sides. Those kids know each other off the field, and both teams showed lots of class tonight.

The Fairview D did look good tonight. I realize East isn't exactly an offensive juggernaut but I liked the way the boys were flying to the ball and gang tackling. This could be a good setup game for Lewis County coming to see us next week. We'll see.
