Bruceton tied for 2nd in region in 2007 made 2nd round play offs and got beat my tca, the same year Mckenzie went to state

Just wondering....when is the last time Bruceton beat somebody pretty good or finished higher than 4th in the district???

When did Patrick play for Bruceton? I know one if not both of the coach Hodge's played with him. Mid or late1990's?

Keith would have been the only one that played with him. Chad a lot older.

I remember playing Bruceton in the semi finals one year.  Bedford Wortham didnt have a very good night.  I do remember us running a play when the pickup truck ran thru the fence on the concession side and onto the field.  That didnt stop us either from Rolling over them that night.

I knew one of them played with him. Keith is older than Patrick, I think. Willis was a freshmen when he was a senior I believe.

A movie could have been about his and his siblings earlier life..the way Coach Sturdivant and the community helped him and Coach Finley and his wife let Patrick and his family live with them.

Though McKenzie will more than likely win, I hope Bruceton pulls it out somehow so our Lions can catch up in district standings.

I've seen a ESPN show about his younger days and how the coach took care of him. Community and Coach's family are a class acts for sure.
