Sweetwater travels to GP

Been a few years since they played, they will love the GP field, lots of restaurants. Sweetwater is just thankful they don't have cak or alcoa 1st round

I think every team in 3A, minus the obvious Johnson County, is glad they don't have Alcoa first round not just Sweetwater!

True 3 years ago 1st round CAK then 2 years ago beat Tyner in 1st round then felt the F5 in the 2nd round but if your gonna beat makes it easier to know it was to eventual State Champs

What's GP look like this year? Years past I remember a big physical line, solid running game and a defense that flies to the ball, anything changed?

Kinda hoping G-P wins this one. It's been too long since we've given ol' Benny an F5 experience.

that sums it up, not blowing anyone out battling every game.Both loss to greenback both played them early. Then GP had fulton SW had Loudon. GP loss to carter up 28 14 with 6 mins left, won a hard fought game with Scott Meadows and Pigeon Forge game 10. This will be good match up last year GP was about too go up 28-0 over CAK in 1st half and 56 unanswered. I've been a HS football fan for 30 plus I remember the great sweetwater teams  been down some but coming back.
