Just a reminder that our summer duals will be this Saturday beginning at 9 am. If your team is not participating, but you would like to get some matches in, then come on down and we will take care of you. The cost for individual wrestlers is $10. If you would like to be put on a team, please email Coach Ensminger (rensminger135@gmail.com) ASAP. Hope to see everyone on Saturday.

Eight teams, seven matches each, one day = a summer day well spent! 

 

Cost is $200/team. If there are any individual wrestlers that do not have teams coming, contact Coach Ryan Ensminger at rensminger135@gmail.com to get on a roster. If you want matches, we want to get you matches. Cost for individuals w/out teams will be $10. Rosters w/ weights are due on Thursday night to Coach Ensminger as well.

Deadlift...surprising is relative to us b/c we've seen a lot of these teams off and on all spring and summer (which is no surprise that they were at our duals). We've wrestled w/ and against PF, Halls, Beech, Gibbs, and Hixson all off-season. They're all gonna be hard to handle outright and w/in their respective divisions this upcoming season and for a years to come. Soddy had to withdrawal, otherwise they would get mentioned as well. Wayne Co (KY) brought some studs down low, so that was fun to watch against some of TN's best lightweight's that were in the gym this weekend. Thank you to all the coaches and wrestlers that sacrificed a July Saturday to come and get better. Should be an entertaining season.
