How many Seniors does Ooltewah lose after the 2015 season? I'd love to see the Owls take on a Georgia team like Dalton or Calhoun sometime in the future.

As an old GA boy, I will give this my best shot. I think last year's Owls would rival either of the two GA teams mentioned here. If I was betting, last year I would have gone with Ooltewah over Dalton and Calhoun over Ooltewah, both in close games. Just my 1 cent worth.

The Cal Preps projected matchups from 2014 Had Ooltewah beating Dalton 28-21 and had Ooltewah beating Calhoun 26-22. I agree with you that Ooltewah would beat Dalton and lose to Calhoun.

    • Sounds like y'all got a lot of bodies to choose from. We lost 2 really good seniors and have 4 from Junior High that has moved up. That will give us 12 starting summer camps. As you know we all have to stay healthy. Proud Alexander and Micah are going to play together at Bethel. They were really fun to watch at the All Star game in Murfreesboro. They have real good chemistry together on the floor.
    • Baxter will do what they most always do.....at a minimum produce at least 9 Ws and run into at least the 2nd round.....Booger actually enjoyed seein them in the Gold Ball contest last season.... Booger just sayin
    • Catholic North will provide them both a decent contest Booger just sayin
    • Well personally I see us going 9-1 so that isn't doom and gloom to me , Most people are thinking 6-4. Bearden will be the possible loss but hoping not. I was very impressed with what I saw this spring.
    • the kid you are speaking about, played in JV games,  2H half Science Hill game, split time in Hardin Valley and Bearden and that was it.   The upcoming Senior RB was All Region as a Junior and is regarded by the media as one of the top running backs in East TN for 2024 season. Scouting services have him as a top 10 back in the state.  Something aint adding up with gloom and doom. Maybe he was hurt and not at spring practice when you watched?
