Week 7: Knox Halls @ Knox Central

The Battle of Black Oak Ridge. This series has been DOMINATED by Central and is one of the few rivalries I know that the teams play for an actual trophy. I know Halls is "improved" from where they've been the last few years, but I don't think they have much of a chance in this one. I say Central- 42  Halls- 7. GO BOBCATS!

Knox Central is the better team & should win this game with ease, but I highly doubt they score anywhere close to 42 points. The Bobcats' offense has struggled this season. The only team they've scored 42+ points on is Union County. They also only managed 13 points against Carter. Knox Central should win this game by 2+ touchdowns, but I think the score will be closer to the 24-7 range.

SS, I respect your knowledge and your Wildcats. But, Halls will not be close in this game. They gave up 46 in back to back gms against Carter and AE. Anyone who has seen Carter knows that their Offense is Atrocious. Also, I don't see them scoring much, if at all on Central's defense. Their QB is good and they have a couple of good WR's. But you can't get them the ball if you can't stand upright long enough! Central BIG

Seems to me the Red Devils are really playing happy right now and that makes them harder to beat and the Bobcats haven't exactly played very well offensively in several weeks. I'm still taking central because of skill players and coaching.

That's Pretty impressive, but you better get that fixed before playoffs. If you're playing a team with a good defense, those 2 scores can get you beat. Good luck to Central..I'm hoping you guys go deep in the playoffs!
