Region 8 Individual regionals predictions?

Just to put a ribbon on this...

MemphisTiger14 was right on with most of his predictions as Arlington ran away with it early on. They crowned champions in 7 of the 14 weights and qualified all 14 wrestlers for state.  Superb, if not unprecedented.  Bartlett was a distant second with 3 champs and 10 qualifiers which is a strong showing by most any standard.  Houston, Bolton, and Collierville rounded out the top 5.   The finals had some really good, close matches and the requisite controversial ref's call.

What were the bad calls ?

I didn't state there were any bad calls. I wrote that there was the requisite "controversial" call. I Was referring to the fleeing the mat call that decided the overtime match at 220.

I would have liked to have seen the Jones twins from Houston if the varsity coach hadn't run them off. From what I understand they may be back next year if he is gone.

Not reliable source, my son who wrestled in the 90's.  I was in town visiting, asked about local wrestling.  Coach is retiring and moving.  My son's not very bright, so I came to Coacht to check it out
