Swipes Posted August 20, 2016 Report Share Posted August 20, 2016 If you transfer from one school to another you must sit out a year no matter what.Unless you transfer to Maryville or Alcoa then somehow you are magically eligible Looks like you don't know the transfer rules it seems. There either has to be a change of address or if you are entering high school in an open zone school system you can get accepted to attend the school you apply for.
