So 92, you're saying they should fire the entire staff and start over from scratch??

Not necessarily, but usually if they bring in a new coach from the outside, they bring their own with them. We have some good coaches on our coaching staff, but most of our problems start at the top in my opinion. The assistants only do what the hc tells them to do.

I want a coach that brings back discipline and toughness to our program. I don't want a coach that's afraid to play a great team or that gives up when we're losing 35-14 at half etc etc etc.

I want a coach that has bigger goals than just winning enough games to sneak into the playoffs. But this is just me. Everyone else has their own ideas of a successful program. Its not losing games that bothers me as much as the way we lose them.

Clinton should be contending in the top 3 in their region each year. Not sure what the problem is, but they do have some issues.
