Did anyone else notice how the 1st round shook out?

 

Region 1 vs Region 2 -Region 1 went 1-3

Region 4 vs Region 3- Region 4 went 1-3

Region 6 vs Region 5- Region 6 went 1-3

Region 8 vs Region 7- Region 8 went 1-3

 

Only the 1 seeds advanced from Regions 1,4,6,and 8. Does that show where the strength of schedule is in the state or merely a fluke?

 

Will this Friday night show the same discrepancy between regions?

ath, he was referring to the fact that only the 1 seed from the weaker regions advanced.

 

Stratford was in region 5 which appears stronger than region 6

Region 7 had three teams in the top ten all season, in 3A.......Dyersburg, Milan, and Liberty.....

 

And the 4th seed South Gipson gave the 1 seed from region 8 a good game.......
