Idk how in the world DCA got to be on the opposite side of DA and Nashville Christian.

Good for those two schools not facing FCS and DCA.

 

Plus the TSSAA (see their website) used an east/west format. Both those schools (NCS/DA) would have been the western most schools.

The reason NCS and DA were not put with DCA, FCS, MJCA, or Ezell is because I-65 was used as the dividing line, which puts 8 teams in each region. It's not about rivalries as much as it is geography.

Do we know how this system will work? Will top 4 teams go? I would think DA, DCA, FCA would still like to play. Looks like a lot of travel for DA/ NCS

I believe the top 8 from D2 A will go with top 1 teams having a bye. That's how the BA bracket is done now

How is DCA in Div II-A when they co op with USN for a total student population of 608?  I know, not many "not many kids come over from USN to play football"-- that's a bunch of crap.  Play in Div II-AA where you are supposed to be.  I'm headed straight to the other thread in AA to complain about Lausanne

Haha 2 kids. We also have kids that swim and play lacrosse for them. I think that total is 2 also.

 

So a total of three male athletes and one female between the two schools co-op and you're upset? Lol. You're obviously a troll from a competitor.

HaHa- nope not a troll just someone wanting fairness.  I guess Pearl Cohn with 643 students co-ops with MLK of 961 students for a total of 1,604 students should stay in 3A rather than 6A- right?  I mean by your statistical history 1% of the 961 students will play sports- right?  I wonder what happens when your 2 football players become 4 and then 8? Oh yeah, I bet 4 good players could make a heck of a difference in the smallest class of D2 and 8 would be huge.  And don't worry about who my team is.  Guarantee you it's a team that doesn't have an accredited class looking for ways to game the system.

The system allows it and those two football kids appreciate it along with the 1 swimmer and 1 lacrosse player.
