I asked the Unionville coach about this. She said that the only time she said anything about the stats was when Unionville played them the last regular season game that Tabitha played at Cascade and the game was turned in as a no hitter when Unionville had 2 uncontested hits. The newspaper reporter agreed but said that he had to go with what the home book reported. That was not taking anything away from Tabitha, I don't think. Maybe their bookkeepper needed more training or it was an honest mistake, but I still don't think the coach was putting Tabitha down in any way.
