-Former University of Tennessee at Chattanooga head wrestling coach Ethan Reeve is back with the program as a volunteer coach. "Coach Reeve brings tradition, wisdom and intensity to our program," coach Heath Eslinger said in a school release Friday. "He has been a part of the UTC wrestling family, and he is passionate about seeing this program succeed." A four-time SEC champion and two-time All-America wrestler at Tennessee, Reeve compiled a 57-38-2 record with five Southern Conference championships as UTC's coach from 1985 to 1990. He then shifted his emphasis to strength and conditioning, beginning 1990-95 at McCallie School and with the U.S. women's rowing team that won four gold medals and a silver at the 1995 World Championships. He then spent six years at Ohio University and the last 16 at Wake Forest.
