Bradley at Rhea

I agree Bradley’s wide receivers are going to be our biggest challenge. Tucker gave us fits last year and now Curry looks like he is going to be a great one for Bradley. I think we can move the ball on bradley’s defense but it will be intersting to see which teams defense makes enough stops to win the game. We have got to get pressure on bradley’s QB if we are going to help out the secondary. I will say the I was impressed by the freshman we started at corner against Lenior City. He did about as good as you could ask a freshman to do in his first varsity start.

Curry is 6’4”.  Different type player than Tucker.  They have a good rb and another 6’2” wideout that does a good job.  Their O-line is very limited.

For the first time in years, our WR isn't the only thing you'll have to worry about. We finally have a good RB and of course Standifer can tuck and run. It does depend on our OL for the most part. They could very well determine the out come how that offense rolls.

For our defense, it depends on if they get off the bus or not. They're young, but very talented good. They play different week to week. They can stop the run like anyone else, but they can also not and forget how to tackle. When they play like they're supposed to, they will slow Rhea down some. We held Sincere to 7 yards in the first half. That's unheard of. Cleveland had 24 rushing attempts for 13 yards the whole game. Negative yards in the 2nd half. The defense can play, but we will see. It will be a good close game like last year.

    • Well personally I see us going 9-1 so that isn't doom and gloom to me , Most people are thinking 6-4. Bearden will be the possible loss but hoping not. I was very impressed with what I saw this spring.
    • the kid you are speaking about, played in JV games,  2H half Science Hill game, split time in Hardin Valley and Bearden and that was it.   The upcoming Senior RB was All Region as a Junior and is regarded by the media as one of the top running backs in East TN for 2024 season. Scouting services have him as a top 10 back in the state.  Something aint adding up with gloom and doom. Maybe he was hurt and not at spring practice when you watched?
    • It won't be long now, he gone.
    • Are you kidding me?  You are just trolling now.  The new head coach's qualifications would be volunteer coach at the Oak Ridge Boys Club?  C'mon man, you can't be serious.  You're trolling us.  Anybody working at Clinton High School has to be like a cat in a room full of rocking chairs at this point.  They are coming after anybody and everybody that had knowledge of what was going on.  This is about to get real ugly.  Only in Clinton.
    • So no way they can compete with the likes of McCallie or Baylor still then
