Very strange scoring by quarters. After handling Loudon the night before, I thought the Bees would beat Kingston. How did Kittrell and Sitzler play? Upperman's guard Alan Asberry plays for the Travelers. What did you think of him, Swamp? Kingston has size this year, but who's stepping up at guard? Great win.....

Asberry is a great player for Upperman. He struggled early on in the game with several shots dropping in and out.In the second half he picked up his game and hit 3 big threes to get the bees back in the game.Asberry and Mathis should lead the Bees to another good season.

Kingston's guards are Jon Leffew and Alan Coley. I think Coley is a transfer. Larue Cook plays the #3 position, and appears to be Kingston's floor leader. Justin Sitzlar and Matt Poole start at #4 and #5, with Brandon Kittrell being the primary big man off the bench. Leffew isn't the scorer that Givens was, but is more of a true point guard. Cook leads the team in scoring with 31 over 2 games. Kingston is a team that looks like it will live or die by the three-point shot so far, although their inside play has been adequate.
