Father Ryan vs. Clarksville NE

Any thoughts..... To me it should be a hard fought game with Clarksville pulling it out behind Reed and Carter. Being played Tuesday Nov.26 around 7:45-8 at Father Ryan.

Defending 2 state champs with a decent amount of returning experience vs. I HAVE NO IDEA, but hey, Gary Knows...so...Irish by 15.

I cant see Northeast beating a Very Very good Father Ryan team considering they had a whole better team (Athletes and depth) than this year and they got drilled at home and lost be a few points there. But that was last year and this is different, this years Ryan team isnt much different other than the fact they dont have Billy May (Mr.Basketball winner).

 

Northeast will play tough and this game will be close but I think Father Ryan is really good. East did play a good Smryna team close last week so who knows?

I agree it will be tough for Northeast to beat a very good Father Ryan Team. The only way I can see it happening is if Carter and Reed play close to perfect games. But Reed is just a Sophomore so it will be tough for him to go down to FR and play a great game. But Northeast is very capable of winning also, cause when Carter and Reed get going they are hard to stop.

Yea, if Carter and Reed step it up and do what needs to be done. They should come out on the right side of the stick. But Father Ryan is so tough at home and they just naw at you for the whole game. Very well coached, Its a good game for East to play this early in the season.

father ryan wins because of their defense, hard to win when you can't score, NE will know how it feels

Father Ryan won 85-76 behind Everett Bills and Jeff deGraauw's scoring outbursts. Northeast had a good game from Calvin Carter and Drake Reed showed some promise, but Ryan was just too much for them.

Well, you started this thread Gary Knows...you said NE would win, I said Irish by 15. Final score: Irish by 9. The "pull" goes to me...see you next year, and good luck with your club...Lord knows we need it against these well coached teams from D2.
