Indian,

Thanks for coming up and supporting your team.  We had hoped your experience was a great one and worth the trip to Woodbury, and especially how well you support your fellow Region members by traveling for your team.  I guess you left out somewhere in your post about saying how well your team played and what a great atmosphere it was for fans and players on both sides.  I am sorry you did not enjoy your "Bush League" experience last night.  I hope you and your team have a great season and the best to your players and coaches.

The game was good. Free hot dogs and waters for anyone entering was a nice touch. Cannon Counity quarterback was hard to deal with until late. SC freshman QB was very efficient and actually could have been better if not for a drop or two. SC established the run early and continued rest of game.

The “extras” were unnecessary.

Apparently it's legal but still pathetic.

Sounds like he doesn't adhere to his pre-game statement issued by the TSSAA concerning "good sportsmanship''. It's ok to cheer for your home team but not where it interferes with the opponents plays.

    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
