I see what he is saying, but there is a clear difference between the circumstances the two schools face. A big chunk of Heritage's zone is closer to Alcoa and Maryville than it is to Heritage. Eagleton Middle, one of the Heritage feeders, is probably less than a 5 minute drive from Alcoa High School. Bradley Central doesnt have that problem.
