Bears gave up 28 in the 1st half. Raiders made it look easy. Defense tightened up in the 2nd half and held them to 7 points late.

Offensively the Bears can score. Need to run the ball more. Especially the QB.

Raiders appear to have found the right guy after the Previous Coach was unsuccessful. Excellent game plan for CHS. Flowers kid is terrific and Boyd ran wild all night. McGowan is a threat and the X factor.

Refs are rarely good but did not decide the game last night.

Burke is special and McCleary is steady. Need more out of #12. Turning point was Clark’s TD Catch. Strong play.

Congrats to both teams and it’s good to see the Raiders back on track. Football in this area is always more interesting when these 2 teams are competitive.

Good luck to the boys in blue and my guys in Black.

That Hall kid for Bradley is really good  and fast. I think Bradley needs to find more ways to get Curry involved in the passing game.

We have watched the game several times already this morning. You do know that WR or corners can hit,  block or whatever else as long as the QB still has the ball in his hand right? That play was fair as fair could be. Qb still had the ball the whole time.

This is not totally true. It should have been called from 1 or 2 of these perspectives. 1. An offensive player can not block (in this case truck) a defender more than one yard down the field and then have the ball thrown to him.  This is regardless if the qb has the ball. 2. A WR cannot drive through a defender that has established position on the field.

If I knew how to post the video of the play, I would it was actually hilarious and sad at the same time that it wasn’t called

NFL is 1 or 2 yards. High school is very laid back on contact. College doesn't enforce until the ball is in the air. Of course you can't get two handfuls of
jersey and take a player down but getting ran through or over isn't a penalty.

By your interpretation, they should just have Trey run over his defender on every play.
