FORREST AT LORETTO

Since these two have been in R5. Forrest is 3-0 by a combined 129-46. Average score 43-15. 

Looks like this will be the tightest one yet. The first halves have usually been close. Loretto is very physical, but doesn't seem to be able to put 2 halves together. 

This year, Forrest is 2-2 wit victories over East Robertson and Eagleville, and losses to Moore Co and Portland. 

Loretto is 2-1, with a high scoring loss to Lawrence. They beat Wayne Co 7-0 in a Forrest type game, and had a COVID forfeit last week against Collinwood. They had a bye Sept 4, so this is their first actual game in over 3 weeks. 

They should be healthy while Forrest is not only banged up, they are emotionally reeling from the McClendon injury. No telling how this goes down. Very long road trip. 73 miles one way. 

I'm holding off predicting for a few days.

Pulling for Forrest in this one hard. I’ve seen what a terrible injury/accident can do for a team mentally and a win would be huge for those guys and I’m sure would mean the world to the young man that suffered the injury. I'm taking Loretto by 7. This week has been too much for the Rockets, it's on the road, and they teams are pretty similar talent wise. Rockets D will play well. 28-21 Loretto.

My gut is Loretto. This is likely for the #3 seed. Two teams battling for a top 4 finish in the region. Cant wait to follow this one.

Does Forrest come out and put a focused 4 Q together and win by 2 TDS or are they shellshocked and lose by 2 TDs
