What is up in Hickman co both head baseball coaches have step down at Hickman co and East Hickman

What’s the incentive to coach and teach in Hickman County?  Both schools need to go and find two players that are recent college graduates and name them the head coach.  Yes, they will make some mistakes along the way but if the right one is selected they can build a winning program.

There is natural ability in Hickman Co at both ends of the county. East and Hickman both have talent at all ages. The problem is the mindset of dividing the teams "evenly" while these kids are playing at a young age. on younger teams, You have 3-4 kids on each team that can catch, throw, and hit. The others arent up to that level yet. That is ok. Not all kids are the same.  No one improves when its this way. Period. Rather than having a A,B,C team or Red, White, Blue team and challenge these kids, teach these kids, and play better competition, some of the ones who run these programs are afraid to hurt feeling because parents all pay their $50 for their kid to play.
