McMinn Central vs Sweetwater for TWO championships this week

Thursday these two play for the middle school championship and Friday the high schools play for the region championship. If Sweetwater wins the high school then Central drops to third thanks to losing to Loudon. However, if Kingston beats Loudon then Central can lose to Sweetwater and still finish second.  It’s been a rough last two games for the Chargers.  Who ya got and why?

Pretty simple Sweetwater is just a lot better than Central. Sweetwater will be to physical for Central, and they have a better defense and offense then Rockwood, and it’s at SW and since the Meigs game the schedule has been tough, and Central has been taking a beating and I think it’s starting to show.

What are the playoff scenrios?  I too believe Sweetwater will be too much for us, but there is a punchers chance.

Central wins region champs host Community.  Lose and fall to third due to loss to Loudon which will lead to likely trip to Sequatchie.  However, if Central loses but Kingston beats Loudon Cenntral is second.  Plus, if Cannon upsets Giles that will lead to three way tie in Region 4.
