At your own field? you valley boys need to change the record every time one of your teams gets fold it's "cheating" central was the better team I remember telling seqatchie fans last year if mcminn central was in your region we would be behind Giles County the only non valley school in your division.  Quit belly aching the better team left with a victory either do something on the hardwood or get prepared for football next year. But  this cheating nonsense gets old quick especially when it's the same and song and dance from the same area

Valley teams just aren't good. Same reason a 1-9 Central team almost beat a 10-0 Bledsoe team back in 2011. Inflation records like Joe Biden prices. Refs missed several late hits by Sequatchie. Central overcame and the wee Lil Indians fell apart. Like the Daddy coach and son quitting midgame.

Dust off that hard wood and air up those basketballs. Windex the glass and tie up the nets. It's bball time in the valley baby lol

* = Reservations came open at a NICE restaurant. They called with a last minute opening. Someone from Dunlap canceled it. We were overjoyed! Been trying to get in that place for a week now.

You're arguing with someone not from Seq but if you want to keep on, go ahead. They seem to enjoy it. 

Not sure many of the Athens area 2A-3A teams have been consistently strong either over the last 20 years except Meigs, and they're more than matched by South Pittsburg if you're making a comparison. Polk and Jasper probably fairly equal on the average before Polk dropped off. Four teams have made the semifinals or finals the last few years here out of 6 if you're counting nearby Grundy. Bledsoe probably had that potential if not for players heading east your direction. 

End of game incident was unfortunate but not "midgame."

McMinn Central allowed close to 400 yards even with 6 turnovers by Sequatchie, not good. Second down picks and drops on kick returns were critical errors. If Sweetwater can throw they ought to do it at least 50 percent Fri. 

Sequatchie improved from last season, 32 points per game, a lot more than last year when the coach was hired late in the process and things started slowly.  3 running backs unable to finish the season. All should be back next year and 2 will only be sophomores. Both had good starts, another barely got his season started. I see continued improvement especially with most of the players from the successful middle school teams (1 loss last 2 years) staying with it, a change from some prior years. Maybe Seq and McMinn Central will meet again next year.
