I think this could be a good game depending on which team shows up. But im gonna bias toward my cherokees and say they  may win a close one 42-35.

Mcminn should beat Campbell County and could even beat oak ridge   but the region was very weak this year I'll agree on that.

Glad you posted on this one I was having a hard time alone with a handful of other teams that are pretty evenly matched.

Luckily for you Barn, Heritage and Lenoir City are on byes until next year.

 

Don’t forget about William Blount either. Hopefully the Maryville kids can live up to your expectations this week.

You know what the biggest tradition at Maryville is. 23rd year in a row they practiced on Thanksgiving Morning if they make it this year which I do believe they will now after last week.

I think all 4 home teams win. McMinn will beat Campbell County. Karns defense is terrible, and Walker Valley can burn you if you can't get pressure on their quarterback.

Campbell County has a really good offense from what I saw against Powell. They like to throw it. Plus they come from a pretty tough region so they may look better than their record shows. Should be pretty good for a first round matchup possibly a high scoring shoot out.

McMinn will need to be good in the secondary.  CC qb has thrown for 38 TDs this season and around 3000 yards.  They basically run 5 wide and throw it every down.

this time you are absolutely right:

Walker Valley 4-6

RHEA co  2-8

Ooootewahhh  1-9

Howard  1-9

 

McMinn is the only winning record in the Region...

Oak Ridge by 10 over Rhea County. 

Karns by 1 over Walker Valley. Can Karns defense stop WV once? Bishop will get his 225 yards.

Powell by a bunch over Ooltewah.
