Marshall Co. vs Columbia

What is your thoughts on this game? Will Columbia be able to slow down Marshall Co. receivers, and make this a game?

Marshall Co. will have to do better than they did Friday night to compete with Columbia. Both D line & O line needs to be more physical. MC has the weapons but will they be ready for the trash talkin and the physical play of Columbia?

I have to agree. Oline and Dline has some work to do. But Page is a very tough team. We managed to beat them with speed.

Columbia has their 4th coach in 4 years. Coach Goff is a legend amongst the Columbia football community. He has surrounded himself with an incredible staff. A roster of 80 plus for the first time in years. They took it to CPA. They have athletes all over the field and they’re physical. Should be a great game!

This should be a pretty good matchup!!!

Is Columbia back with a revamped coaching staff? Are their bruiser RB’s too much for Marshall???

Will Marshall’s speed be too much for the Lions? 
 

Ball security will tell all! One or two turnovers and this could get ugly either way, like it did in ‘15??? …with Marshall winning something like 61-35 (not sure if this score is correct).

Not much scoring in the game but both teams I thought played very physical. Columbia is MUCH improved, especially on D. MC QB made some plays with his feet but was held in check in the pass game. Both teams lines and RBs played well. Hard fought game and both teams did a pretty good job of playing to the whistle.
