The battle for Kingston Park, the West Knox backyard brawl, clean old-fashioned hate, whatever you call the rivalry between the Admirals and Bulldogs, it’s also a good one to watch. This year, like every year, rivalry Thursday is coming to town. There's a lot riding on this game and it could shape the region for the rest of the year.

Bearden by 2+ scores, too many athletes and their OL is big and mobile. Farragut is good enough to keep it respectable.

Gotta like what Double J is building at Bearden. You might not like how it is being done but gotta respect it. Not a fan of the Ads at all but gotta respect CEC.

Same way it was done for those '13-'14 teams right? Crazy how teams have all these athletes all of the sudden just show up at the schools where he moves to

pretty sure a lot of those kids were already zoned fulton... so hardly the same.

none of them moved in from private schools in Chattanooga or schools in the middle of the state for the senior year.

 

and since the downton knoxville is split by five school zones, you might as well mention Powell and West too...

Yes no McCallie transfer or Gallatin. Oh I'm sure there were some from Powell and West as well. Those 13-14 teams were the first real showing of what recruiting can do when someone does it whole sale.

have to disagree though. Quick look at the tssaa website says fulton won in  2002, 03.04,06,07,12,13,14.  Not sure recruiting had anything to do with the success in the years you mentioned.
