McMinn County Cherokees vs Ooltewah Owls

After coming off an upset again oak ridge, does Mcminn continue winning or do they get  upset by the Owls of Ooltewah. Ooltewah played Knoxville Central closely and they are typically a pretty strong team. Are they capable of pulling an upset or does mcminn continue you on and get another region victory to be 2-0 in 5a- region 4. Let's here it coachters!   I think mcminn pulls it out, score being something like 42-14.

The Same reason anyone starts threads, I mean there is Maryville vs Hardin valley thread,Jeff County vs Morristown east,south pittsburg vs lookout valley, I like conversation about one of my teams and didn't wanna go all week just talking about other teams.

RichyRich I think you’re spot on on your score prediction. They may score one of those TD’s against the Kees backups, Ooltewah is one of those teams I’ve seen in person and they pass the eye test with some big dudes and athletes but it doesn’t relay over to the field for some reason

I know it’s a 2A level but I also think Tyner also looks the part. They are young and replace most all starters but they definitely pass the eye test for the 2A level. They will probably get better throughout the season. In the same way I think Ooltewah has the right guy in place leading them. I think he can get them going back in the direction they want to be in

I'm worried about how close they played Knoxville Central, rhea County lost by same margin. They look like they've lost a couple they could have won. I'm really surprised they played Hixson close even more surprised how Hixson upset loudon. So they may be a decent team that just can't get it done in the end.

I would have to think that the coach at ooltewah would be gone at the end of the season. I’ve never seen a ooltewah team this bad. Just awful.

What has happened to the Owls the past 4-5 seasons? They've completely fallen off of a cliff.

They still have talent anyone that’s played them can tell u that. It’s 100% coaching
