Does Jacob Gill get another chance anywhere? Doing what he did is impressive... but maybe not in a good way.

He also had good success as the head coach at Kenwood in Clarksville and even won the region when he was there.  Their football program has fallen off big time since he left.  

Great man but not a better candidate than others. I’d bet he won’t be the choice .

Then you have a ton of bias. Being a great man who has coached for a long time doesn’t make you a better candidate.

 The coaching criteria are good teacher of fundamentals, good game plan creator, and MOST of all a coach who gets players to leave the stands and play. 
 

DCA didn’t get that with Wade and they know with the high numbers in 5th-8th grade they need to keep the momentum.
