Does anybody know any thing about North Side Boys Basketball team this year. I heard that they have a good team is the delk twins that good and Ramon and Jerrell Shanklin and Coleman if anybody knows anything about NorthSide write back on here

Northside is a very, very talented team.... There is not a better Top 6 in the State, outside of Memphis, with SR G Duventure, JR PG Ramon Williams, JR F Jerrell Shanklin, Soph F Dell Coleman, and Soph G's Richard and Reginald Delk....... This group has a major, major test on Friday against a very good Ripley team on the road.....

I know about the delk twins they are the best two players on the team this year but how good is Ramon and Jerrell and I heard Corbitt is playing now this is a team to watch out for tell me some more about NorthSide this year

I stand by my comment, unfaded..... There is not a better Top 6 (now 7 with Reggie Corbitt eligible) in the State outside of Memphis.... FACT: talent does not necessarily translate into wins.... but this Northside group is MEGA-talented.....

 

What is scary is that every player will be back, except for Senior G Phillip Duventure......

Yes this team has a lot of talent and a lot of potential. This team is still oe year away from really being at the top, but they could go far this year. North Side always starts the year off slow; they have done that ever since I began watchig them. BUt come Christmas time they turn up the burners. Everyone had just better watch out because this team could rach up a lot of wins.

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
