Pickett Lost to Albany?!?

I heard the pickett county boys and girls lost to albany lastnight. Not much of a surprise for the girls but now the boys is another story. I know the bobcats have lost good players in the past two years with Asberry and Tompkins in 2001 and Aaron and Crouch in 2002 but what is going on up there.

It's true Pickett Co. got beat by 14. The score was 76-62. Gibson's a good player if he's hot and applying himself. What is the deal with Bobcats right now?

The game was closer than the final score. It was a 4 point game with a couple of minutes to go. Albany took a big early lead and Pickett Co. came back and took a 5-6 point lead but played recklessly, sloppy and out of control. Of course up there it is more of a football game than basketball and none of the Albany tackles were counted as fouls. But even with the rediculous refs, Pickett could have won if they settled down and quit throwing the ball away, walking and not playing smart. This was the worst I've ever seen a Pickett Co. team play. They have the talent if they'd settle down.
