Male-October Player of the Month

Philip Pettitt, Jr. of Murfreesboro, Georgia is the October Authentic Headgear Player of the Month for the Southeastern Junior Golf Tour. Pettitt also competed in just one of the October events and he also won at the UGA/AutoTrader.com tournament in Athens, Georgia on the University of Georgia Golf Course. Pettitt won by five shots after firing rounds of 69-68. Pettitt closed the final three holes in round two with three consecutive birdies and one of those on the long and difficult 450 yard par four 18th.
