Cascade coaching?

Anyone have any thoughts on the subject? It seems as if the talent level is higher than usual in Wartrace but from what I have seen the coaching is rediculously awful. With one of the top guards in the district and the big girl down low you would think their record would reflect the talent. The team as a whole looked good tonight (then again it was agianst MTCS). But throughout the course of tonights game, along with almost every other game, both coaches just sat on the bench and watched. Thats not very good coaching. Lobbing the ball in to the big girl every play is not going to work when it comes tourney time, sorry coaches but you're going to have to put a little more thought and effort into it if you want to be successful in the post-season. Use the talent you have and stop holding your girls back from doing what they have the potential to do. I see the effort there from the girls, maybe you should try a little, i'm sure they deserve it just as any other team would.

Cascade knows lobbing the ball won't work every time especially in the tourny, but if its there its there and they aren't going to stop giving her the ball, just b/c it will be harder to against harder teams.

In other words, get up off your rumps and coach some. And that doesn't mean yelling at your players. This team had and has the albility to be on top. But they can not get there if you don't help them. No I do not have a child on this team but I do know the players on this team. WAKE UP!!!!!
