Dyer County and South Fulton

I saw this in another post and have a question about it.""

And we scrimmaged Dyer County last year right before we both went to Murfreesboro. We played about 3 games. All the games were played well...and we won one of them."" I didnt think you could scrimmage after the start of the basketball season. Where these games played after the Substate and before the State Tournament last year??????????

In the past I know the TSSAA has sanctioned "controlled" scrimmages in the postseason. I beleive Dyer County girls and Bradford did for example. Very specific guidelines must be followed I believe. So this could have been approved but it's the first I've heard of this scrimmage.

My understanding is there were 3 of them , and one of which was at UTM....... could this be a another rules violation by Dyer County???? Seems to be in their tract record.

there were three games played all on the same day. yes..it was at UTM. please...don't try to blow this out of proportion. dyer county has had enough things blown out of proportion...

dyer county has had alot blown out of proportion in the last several months and it seems that tornman is looking to get dyer county again and possibly try to get south fulton also. he can try but it wont work cause i am sure that the rules were followed.....
