The foul away from the ball was with time under 1 second - all three calls came at as near as can be the same time. by the time the clock operator could react to the whistle the final tenths of a second had run off.

 

They took about 5 minutes deciding who had what call and what to do about it. They then talked to both coaches about their decision, and neither coach disagreed about going to OT.

 

Even if they had given Centennial an inbound pass with less than .7 seconds, I'm fairly confident the shot would not have gotten off in time.
