Yes, Kyle is back to playing and his normal form. He dropped 21 on Farragut tonight. Believe me the dawgs will be ready tomorrow night. This will be a terrific game between two of the best teams in the area.

I want a good seat to this game...when should I be there...15 minutes before tipoff? Or is the MHS gym so big that it probably won't matter?

The MHS gym is so big, heck no man you need to get their 20min before the girls game is over. It is a nice sized gym but not the biggest get their early for the simple fact that parking is crap and you will be parking all the way down the street at an ele. school if you don't get their in time.

I get there at about 7:30 before the girls game finishes. I will probably go earlier than that tonight. Usually several of the girl's fans leave and there are plenty of seats. However, that is not always the case with big games like tonight. It should take you about 25 minutes to get there from UT.

 

The gym is probably average size. There will be plenty of seating in the upper level. I guarantee the floor seating to be packed at game time.

 

You picked a good one to come see. I am excited to see how Bearden comes out after their big win last night. I bet they will be hot. I know Maryville better keep their hands off Matt Cox.

 

By the way, the student section is on the left far side of the gym if you enjoy standing and ear piercing insults. LOL

Perview of the District and Regional finals. Maryville and Bearden are definately the cream of the crop in the district and most likley the region. Who has Maryville lost to in the District? I believe Bearden has two loses Maryville and West. How does this work out as the game that will determine the regular season champion?

Farragut beat Maryville 57-53 in the fifth game of the season. That was the lowest scoring game of thre season for Maryville (except Wheeler GA, & Boone FL in the Arby's). No discredit to Farragut, but that was the worst shooting game for Maryville of the season.

 

If Bearden beats Maryville they will have beat each other once and lost another District game so I assume that would be a tie for first.

Hey, my insults at the Cocke County game were funny! Even the ref laughed when I yelled in a asking tone, "Why is there still 5 minutes in this game!?" Tonight it will probably only be worse...I'll have the whiteboard, I think, so it might help to control me!

Well I guess tonight for me it will be body paint, me and a friend will be painting ourselves, arms legs and faces and then being crazy. I'll be the one with the hat! Oh yea, and I cannot forget the glitter, that is going to be on us too!

Just like I said, Maryville won by 10 and Lee dropped about thirty. I think Maryville is gonna make a run at state, they are playing great ball right now.
