Best soccer formation?

im an assistant this season. i had alot of free time since all my classes aer in the am. so i decided to help with the squad.

 

also about the 3-5-2, it was the formation the USMNT used against mexico in the world cup. its pretty affective. the lady owls used it this fall and it worked pretty dang well for them

It all depends on your players. It goes back to putting players into a system or finding a system for your players. If players are not technical sound then you are going to struggle in every system. Players and Coaches should be able to adjust to system depending on what the game is asking for.
