Markese Nelson vs Charles McTorry

I started this thread in hope of getting a few facts straight. I want to start by saying that both of these wrestlers were very good and I am not trying to slight either. 1)What I want to confirm is what was their head to head record against each other? From what I understand Nelson beat McTorry had the better head to head record. 2)I believe McTorry won the High school nationals is this correct? 3)Nelson was a high school, jr college and ncaa all-american? I look forward to your responses to clear things up for me. Thanks.

Markese won in the semis at Ryan early in their careers

Markese won the finals of the Kirby Invitational

Markese won the State Finals in their last meeting

 

Charles won a freestyle match against Markese the following June

 

When Markese was a freshman in college, Charles won the State and National Championship.

 

They were both amazing to watch. Charles graduated from Nebraska and is still in Lincoln. He qulified for the NCAAs twice and had a stellar career for a guy plagued with injuries. Kese is coaching in Memphis after a great college career.

 

Both of these men were and are what you wanted your athletes to strive to be on and off the mat.

Kese was a JuCo Runner-up at Lassen; Qualified for NCAA's at Fresno State, but never placed.
