Air Alert 2

I am about to begin the Air Alert 2 program. Have any of you tried the program. If so what have your results been.

I've done it, It's not bad. But i quit so im not really sure how much it helps. It increased my Vert by a little, in the short time I did it.

Air Alert 2 is the second addition of a jumping program designed to increase your vertical jump. It claims to increase it by 8- 12 inches in just 12 weeks. I am going to start it in the next two weeks. I believe it will work because it requires no supplements, special shoes or equipment. All natural exercise. The program doescost 20 dollars so i borrowed the video from my friend. I will try to post my progress. I dont play basketball, but I do play football and my vertical stinks so maybe it will help. If I got 5 more inches I would be happy. T2yl

I have done air alert 2. i didn't believe that it would do 8-12 inches, but i swear it works. i did it from week 1-12. it is very hard and you have to have a strong desire to complete it. the last week of it takes about 2 hours to complete, its hard. but i tell you that i was a white boy who couldn't jump, now i can jump, i gained 8 1/2 inches. IT WORKS IF YOU DO IT RIGHT!!!!! i plan on doing it again this summer

its come to my attetion that there is an Air Alert 3 NOW. i don't know much about it, but they have seemed to put together a third edition.

I tried it for about 3 months and saw no improvement. It could be though that my whiteness was to much force holding me to the ground. I found that running stairs really helped though.

i've been reading about AA3, and they say to do air alert 3 because it allows you to have muscle recovery time. also it's possilbe heith gain is 2 inches higher!! i'm going to start it as soon as possible, i posted the website where you can get AA3 earlier.

I tried Air Alert II as well, and it was quite possibly the hardest thing I've ever done. I ended up quitting after like 5 weeks. But it did improve my vert during that time, not much, but a little. It also really helped my explosiveness.
