I've seen both teams two or three times each and strictly from an impartial fan, even though Franklin is down this year, Franklin should win. From what I've seen they definitely have the better team.

I appreciate the setiment of having a nice day. My point was not to disprespect Centennial or Pump up Franklin, simply to point out that records do not tell the true measure of a team.

 

Example: Franklins 3 losses are to Brentwood (Potential State Champ) Grissom Alabama on a PK in Injury time, and Father Ryan (Strong Team in Div II), had they replaced the Grissom team and Father Ryan with Cumberland and Franklin Co., then they to would have a strong record of only 1 loss. This would not be an indicator of the quality of the Franklin team, just an indicator of the teams they played.

 

With the wide range in quality players from school to school, unless the teams play an identical non district schedule, the overall records mean little.

 

Once the district schedule has played out, or head to head games are played, we can then determine which squad is stronger.

 

Without a doubt the top team in district 11 AAA is Brentwood, from there it's anybodies guess until the games are played.
