My girlfriend's team (Sullivan East) is in their pool (Pool A). Good luck to all teams in the tournament. It looks like some really REALLY good teams are in that tourney... They play Coffee County tomorrow who they have already beaten once this year, but CC is red hot and it is a battle of two of the top five AAA teams in the state. For anyone that is a fan of softball you should make the trip to Manchester and the Lady Raider field which is the nicest in midsate maybe the state. Game time 7:00 pm. bruce408 Posted March 24, 2003 Report Share Posted March 24, 2003 Both runs Beech scored on Lipscomb were unearned (fielding error and past ball). Lipscomb's 1 run was earned (back to back hits by Freshmen). Take away just one of the errors and this game was up for grabs. Beech's defense was awesome. Megan pitched a 1 hitter with 15 K's.
