400-meters girls

I am interested in knowing who are the fastest girls' 400-meter runners returning from last year.

 

Large school division only please. No opinions, only the best times from last year, age, and this year's grade classification.

 

In addition, who can furnish me information on girls' AAU track, highest quality top girls' clubs only. Any other AAU girls' track information available would be appreciated.

I don't know about any times but as far as the AAU track clubs go... I am pretty sure that the Music City Track Club is the best for girls and boys. The girls 4X800 team won the Junior Olympics in 2002 and came really close to breaking the national record. It's coached by the Hunters Lane boys track coach and you have to have a lot of talent and not just potential to run on that team.

Some girl from USN (Univ. School of Nashville) won state last year in 400, and she was a freshman - ran somewhere around 56,57 - pretty sure

The USN runner, Krisna Curry was an 8th grader last year. She will try to defend her title this year as a freshman.

 

Also, her winning time in state was 56.16, which was almost 3 seconds better than 2nd (58.97).

well i knwo a girl from smyrna her name is Julie Wood and she plaved 7th at state last year as a freshman.. she can only get better.
