7aa should be pretty well balanced next season..Upperman should lead the pack ,with everyone returning but Case.

1.Upperman-Regular season champs with Mathis and Asberry tryin to lead the bees back to the state.

2.Livingston-yet again another young team led by Cates.

3.York-The Ledbetter and Stevens should appear in Jamestown in the 03-04 season.

4.Cannon-Lost the Jones boys and Owen but have a good group of young players.

5.Smith-Lost Sleeper but have a strong core returning,

6.Dekalb-Led by Melton and Dillard.

7.Jackson-Lost nearly everyone to graduation or the rumor of transfers.

The district is always unpredictable. No matter what anyone says or how the stats look, something always surprises us.. But none-the-less, Here is how I think it will end up:

1.Livingston- Reeder inside, Cates handling the ball, and Matthews will still be a 3 pt shooter. This team has way to much on the floor and a bench to deep to not win this district.

2.York- Ledbetter will be tough to stop, should probably get MVP, but it will probably go to Mathis. This team is gonna be good and are going to have some confidence after last season.

3.Upperman- Mathis is gonna score, probably will be 7AA MVP, but he cant win by himself. Asberry will be able to get into some of the other team's heads as usual but still not enough.

The rest of the spots are just to close to call....
