Lets hear some predicitons. Page and Greenbrier are the teams to beat in my opinon.

I definately wouldn't count out Marshall they won the region last year and you're always the best until someone beats you. I see this being one of the most competive regions in 3A, every game should be close. All the teams at the weightlifting contest looked very strong, even Creekwood surprised me. I don't guess I really know anything about Montgomery Cent. and Giles Co. who do they have returning this season.

Montgomery Central could be a sleeper.Dont count them out.The talents always been there and now they have coaching to back it up.
